Job Description

  • Lead team with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties to meet the target every month
  • Manage team members to help them skill up
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to General Manager
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Will be responsible for company recruitment strategy and policy
  • Will be responsible for creating and implementing HR policy to better the company culture and work environment.
  • Communicate with public services whenever
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • Any other works related with HR issues

  • Qualifications

    • Proven relevant experience
    • Excel, Powerpoint, Word (Google Slide, Spreadsheet, docs) Skill
    • PC literacy and hands on experience with an HRIS or HRMS
    • Deep Understanding of labor law
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • BS degree in Human Resources or related field
    • Work experience of not less than 4 years in HR department
