An ideal candidate will be Tanzania based and having experience in JD mentioned with 8 Years of experience.


Nationality -Tanzanian 


Responsibilities:

a. Local Tanzanian with not less than 8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.

b. Experience negotiating with Unions and has networked with other stakeholders including the Ministry of Labour, Industrial Courts, Federation of Tanzania Employers etc

c. Demonstrated understanding and application of Tanzania Labour Laws.

d. Progressive and practical application of best HR practice.

e. Ambitious, self-driven with a fire in the berry to achieve and grow a career in a challenging work environment.
